Suspected terrorists abduct two men in Sokoto

Gunmen suspected to be terrorists have abducted two men in Yabo town, the headquarters of Yabo Local Government Area of Sokoto State. The spokesman of the State Police Command, ASP Ahmad Rufai, confirmed the attack to the punch on Thursday, November 14, 2024.  He said two persons, Mallam Abubakar Umar Yabo and Malam Abba Muhammad, were abducted in their separate homes by the assailants.  The bandits attempted to attack another resident when the owner of the house alerted the police whose intervention disrupted the initial plan of the kidnappers, the PPRO stated.  The two abducted persons left their homes open and the bandits after an exchange of fire with the police abducted the victims in their homes.  The post Suspected terrorists abduct two men in Sokoto appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
