Afropop singer, Akinmayokun Awodumila, popularly known as May D, has spoken about his fallout with his former record label, Square Records that used to be owned by Peter and Paul Okoye of the P-Square fame P-Square. May D joined Square Records in 2011 but his time with the label was short-lived as he was dropped in August 2012, a decision that he believes derailed his music career. The Ile Ijo singer reflected on his experience with P-Square in the latest episode of The Honest Bunch podcast published on Monday, January 13. According to him, when singer, Davido came to visit him, he was unable to sleep in his room because of the poor state of things there.
